Horace' words are the foundation of my photography.
Each image communicates the magic of a fleeting moment in time. Camera, lens, printer, paper and ink...these are the tools I use to convey this language of light. It speaks emotions rather than words.

Ansel Adams wrote, "The negative is the equivalent of the composer's score, and the print is the performance." His words touch the core of my creative process. Hours of scouting, field work, composition, post processing, proofing and finally, printing, bring each print to life as a "performance". Hopefully, the light emanating from each print will speak to you, inviting you to look into, and not just at, the photograph. To experience feelings beyond words, as you receive the fullness of what each picture offers, is the essence of my work.

Prints are created on 100% rag paper with archival pigment inks. A multi-coat protective spray is carefully applied. No matting or glass is needed, eliminating any barrier between you and the image.
